Could Jacques Villeneuve return to F1? through the thirteenth team in the 2011 field. A team named Villeneuve Racing could enter the race for the candidacy, while the current season is already well advanced. If Auto Motor und Sport revealed the existence of this project, the Quebec site ruefrontenac.com, close to the 1997 World Champion, affirms that Jacques Villeneuve would join forces with a project already revealed, that of the Italian team Durango. The Villeneuve Racing team would then be based in Italy and would be the fourth project in the race to join the Formula 1, alongside Cypher Group (USA), Stefan GP (Serbia) and Epsilon Euskadi (Spain), favorite of this selection. Joan Villadelprat's team, already established in the disciplines of car, had already applied for the 2010 F1 season. If his project succeeds, Jacques Villeneuve could be both pilot and initiator of the project.
