Twenty penalty places for Daniil Kvyat in Belgium

Qualified 17th after qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix, Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso) will receive a twenty-place penalty on the starting grid at Spa. The Russian will benefit from a fifth thermal engine, a fifth turbo and a fifth MGU-H on its car.

The use of a first fifth element with the change of thermal engine will grant 10 penalty places to Kvyat, the replacements of the turbo and MGU-H bringing five additional places per element.
