Without surprise, Yuki tsunoda will start from the pit lane this Sunday at Imola for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The Japanese driver, who had an accident this Saturday during the first phase of qualifying, was already expected to start from last position. He will finally start from the pits after the repairs carried out on his car, including replacements of parts within the powertrain. Oliver Bearman (Haas) will therefore be alone on the last line of the starting grid at 15:00 p.m. this Sunday.

“Fortunately, I am physically fine and I feel good, said Yuki Tsunoda on Saturday eveningWe made a lot of changes to the car between FP3 and qualifying. I simply pushed too hard, hit too many kerbs and lost control. It's frustrating, and unfortunately, it's a stupid mistake that requires a lot of work from the mechanics. The car felt quick, I know what went wrong and it's a real shame. My apologies to the team. We'll assess the damage, hopefully to be able to start tomorrow."
