Reigning French champion, Jean-Eric Vergne aims for the absolute title in Formula Renault 2.0 WEC this season. On a wet track, the SG Formula driver took the first pole position ahead of five of his teammates: Miki Monras, Hugo Valente, Dominic Storey, Ramez Azzam and Arthur Pic. Very efficient during the free practice sessions held in the dry, Albert Costa (Epsilon Euskadi) is only 8th.
