The FIA having dissected the times of the two events already contested this season in Brazil and Belgium, each model entered in the World Touring Car Championship will have, in Monza, next weekend (May 14-15), a new weight distribution. The more efficient Chevrolet Cruze will carry 40 kilos of ballast (to be added to the initial weight of 1150 kg), while the Seat Leon TDI and BMW 320 TC will keep their original weight (1170 kg). On the other hand, Robert Dahlgren's Volvo C30 and Fabio Fabiani's BMW 320 si benefit from a reduction of 20 kilos to the original 1150 and 1155 kilos.
