As a result, Priaulx and Farfus are downgraded from the Okayama races. Direct consequence: Andy Priaulx loses big points and Yvan Muller grabs some, before the final round in Macau. The Frenchman, who is 61 points ahead of Priaulx and 55 over Gabriele Tarquini, will not be able to be caught. He is therefore World Touring Car Champion for the second time.
