Team Penske has formalized the multi-season contract extension of Brad Keselowski. The 2012 Cup Series champion will thus continue his career within the team with which he played almost his entire career in the premier category of the Nascar.

The American driver will also be reunited for the years to come with Paul Wolfe, team manager of the No. 2 Ford Fusion, who for his part continued with the training of Roger Penske.

« Roger and everyone at Team Penske have given me everything we need to win championships at the highest level of Nascar, comments “Brad K”. As I have said consistently, Team Penske is where I want to be and I am excited to continue with this organization in the future. I still have many years left in this sport and I truly feel that our best years are ahead of us. »

Brad Keselowski has won 22 Cup Series races since 2009 with Penske, the 2012 title (the last for the Dodge brand to date), as well as the 2010 Xfinity Series crown. Winner in Atlanta (Georgia) and Martinsville (Virginia) this year , the Michigan native should qualify for the Chase and thus aim for a second coronation.
