The calendar for the 2011 WTCC season has just been approved by the FIA World Council. The season will begin with the Curitiba race in Brazil (March 20), the Buenos Aires race in Argentina (April 3), the Monza race in Italy (May 15) and the Marrakech race in Morocco (June 5).
The WTCC will return to Europe for the Brno race in the Czech Republic (June 19), the Porto race in Portugal (July 3), the Brands Hatch race in Great Britain (July 17), the Oschersleben race in Germany (July 31), the Valencia race in Spain (September 5), then will leave for the Suzuka race in Japan (October 23), a race in China where the circuit remains to be determined (November 5) and the race in Macau ( November 21) at the end of the season.
