Callejas surprising poleman in TCR Europe at the Nürburgring

At only 17 years old, Isidro Callejas does not have a license but he already knows how to handle the hoop. The Spaniard, born in Cordoba, took pole position for Race 1 of the TCR Europe at the Nürburgring (Germany) this Saturday, October 4 aboard the Brutal Fish Racing Honda Civic Type-R.

The first Frenchman classified is Teddy Clairet (Peugeot ), fourth. His brother Jimmy will start 16th, and the two other men from Team Clairet Sport Sylvain Pussier and Gilles Colombiani will be 19th and 20th respectively.

Leader in the general classification, Mikel Azcona (Cupra) set the fifth fastest time, behind his direct rival Franco Girolami (Honda, 2nd). The race will start at 14:55 p.m.
