Comtoyou Racing with 3 Audis in 2023

The future of Comtoyou Racing will rhyme with GT. Among the TCR references, the Belgian structure has decided to launch into GT World Challenge Europe as announced by its boss Jean-Michel Baert during the presentation of plans for next season.

In GT World Challenge Europe, Comtoyou Racing will therefore field 3 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II in the Sprint Cup and 2 in Endurance Cup. For the moment, no driver has been confirmed, as have the categories in which the Belgian horses will be entered.

« It's been a few years since we wanted to upgrade to GT3 and Audi was calling on us., indicates manager François Verbist. After three years of thinking, we thought it was the right time. We have purchased three new R8 LMS GT3 Evo IIs and will compete in all 10 GT World Challenge Europe events. We will have three cars in the Sprint Cup and two in the Endurance Cup, which also includes the 24 Hours of Spa. Everyone knows how competitive this championship is and the challenge is therefore enormous, but we come with a lot of humility (…) The objective will be to get closer to the best and then aim for the titles in 2024."
