The latest appeal filed by Kurt Busch, against his suspension pronounced by the NASCAR, following the findings of the Delaware court in the investigation into domestic violence involving pilot Stewart-Haas, was rejected. The former 2004 NASCAR champion therefore remains suspended indefinitely, and will be replaced by Regan Smith in the seat of the No. 41 Chevrolet this evening at Daytona, Florida.
