Ferrari Challenge – Trofeo Pirelli: Adrian Sutil takes advantage of a puncture from Doriane Pin

Part of pole position, Dorian Pin (Iron Dames) dominated Race 1 of the Trofeo Pirelli in Ferrari Challenge, contested at the Circuit Paul-Ricard. Unfortunately, the young Frenchwoman suffered a puncture five minutes from the end while she had a lead of around ten seconds over her pursuers, destroying her efforts to nothing. This benefited Adrian Sutil (Gohm Motorsport). The former pilot of Formula 1 at the 128 Grands Prix thus imposed himself by resisting pressure from Belgian John Wartique (FLM – D2P) until the last lap. Luka Nurmi (Formula Racing) completed the podium. Doriane Pin finally finished in 14th place. The Tricolore will have a new opportunity to demonstrate their peak speed this Sunday at Castellet.
