Present at the 24 Hours of Spa (July 31-August 1) with Emil Frey Racing, Jack Aitken finished with a broken collarbone, a fractured vertebra and a pulmonary contusion after an accident at the start of the race. Although he was able to leave the hospital, the Briton will not be present during the next Sprint round of the GT World Challenge Europe at Brands Hatch (England) on August 28 and 29.
Not yet physically recovered from the episode, Jack Aitken will be replaced by Arthur Rougier aboard the No. 3 Emil Frey Racing Lamborghini Huracan GT114 Evo. The Frenchman will team up with Finnish Konsta Lappalainen in the Silver Cup.
