For the second consecutive season, Comtoyou Racing will enter Aston Martin in GT this year. The Belgian team is back after a successful debut with the green Vantages, whose #7 won the 24 Hours of Spa last year. The line-up will remain the same: Nicki Thiim, Marco Sørensen and Mattia Drudi will return in Endurance Cup after giving Aston Martin its first win at Spa since 1948. In the No. 21, Belgians Matisse Lismont and Kobe Pauwels will be partnered by Briton Jamie Day, a trio that previously worked together at the Dubai 24 Hours in January. The crew will also be entered in the Sprint Cup alongside the No. 270 driven by Brazilians Ricardo Baptista and Rafael Suzuki.
“We are entering this second season of partnership with Aston Martin Racing with increased ambitions, supported by our improved knowledge of the Vantage GT3 and our drivers.”, says François Verbist, team manager of Comtoyou Racing. "In this respect, the team composed of Mattia, Marco and Nicki has been reconstituted, and we see them sharper than ever! We also have high hopes for the "Junior Team" which has warmed up well this winter (Jamie, Matisse and Kobe), as well as for our Brazilian team which is already performing well. Finally, the recent arrival of Jessica, ambassador of Aston Martin F1, also delights us."

Jessica Hawkins driving an Aston Martin
The third Aston Martin entered in Endurance will in fact be entrusted to British driver Jessica Hawkins, the first woman to drive an F1 since 2020. The other two drivers will be announced shortly. “I am delighted to be making my GT World Challenge Europe debut with Comtoyou Racing this year. My experience with the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 during my time in British GT and working with an established team like Comtoyou will hopefully help me as I approach my first season.” rejoices the 30-year-old Englishwoman. “This is an excellent step in my racing career and will allow me to work towards my ultimate dream: to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. I am looking forward to this challenge and looking forward to racing on new and familiar circuits.”
Hawkins' move to GTWC is made possible by the support of Aston Martin's commercial partners, Arm and Valvoline, who sponsor the driver who has scored two podiums in her first season in British GT in the Silver-Am category. The Briton has had the privilege of testing at the Hungaroring with an Aston Martin F1 car in 2023, becoming the first woman to drive one of the single-seaters in the premier class of motorsport since Tatiana Calderon in 2018.
After the prologue at the start of the week (March 10-11), the Paul Ricard circuit will host the first round of the Endurance Cup season from April 11 to 13, with Jessica Hawkins and her future teammates, whose identity is not yet known.
Aston Martin Aramco Head of F1 Academy and Driver Ambassador @1JessicaHawkins will make her GT World Challenge Europe debut this year, thanks to support from our partners @arm and @Valvoline.
