The trio of Dries Vanthoor, Charles Weerts and Christopher Mies dominated the second private test session at the Nürburgring on Thursday. Team WRT's Audi R8 LMS GT3 set a time of 1'55, around a second slower than the first session.
She beat the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 of Emil Frey Racing, driven by Ricardo Feller, Norbert Siedler and Mikäel Grenier by 7 tenths and the Mercedes-AMG GT3 from SPS Automotive Performance entered in Pro-Am in the hands of Nico Bastian, Florian Scholze and Christian Hook.
As in the first session, it was the Barwell Motorsport Lamborghini which finished at the top of the silver category with Patrick Kujala, Alex Macdowall and Frederik Schandorff.
