Some of the members of the Hendrick Motorsports team experienced quite a scare returning from Las Vegas Motor Speedway (Nevada), following the Sprint Cup Series event contested last night and won by Brad Keselowski (Team Penske – Ford).
The plane which was carrying some of Rick Hendrick's training personnel was forced to divert to the Memphis airport (Tennessee), smoke having appeared in the cabin according to a spokesperson. However, no one was injured and was able to return to North Carolina, the team's base, with another flight.
