Joey Logano (Team Penske) won his second pole in a row on the Martinsville (Virginia) short track, his sixth of the season, after completing a lap in 19”215. The driver of the No. 22 Ford will be aiming for a fourth victory in a row after his successes in Charlotte (North Carolina), Kansas and Talladega (Alabama).
Martin Truex Jr (Furniture Row Racing) is closest to pole and ahead of AJ Allmendinger (JTG Daugherty Racing) and Jamie McMurray (Ganassi Racing).
