Johnny Sauter (GMS Racing) became the first driver to win a title in Nascar Truck Series in the new form of the Chase at the end of the Ford EcoBoost 200 contested during the night in Homestead-Miami (Florida). The driver of the No. 21 Chevrolet took third place behind Tyler Reddick (Brad Keselowski Racing).
