Quelques temps après l’arrivée de l’épreuve de Loudon (New Hampshire), remportée dimanche dernier par Matt Kenseth, la Toyota Camry n°20 n’évait pas réussi à passer les vérifications techniques d’après-course, recalée à la mesure-laser.
The officials of the Nascar have revealed the sanctions for the 2003 champion of the discipline and his team, namely 15 penalty points in the championship for Kenseth (who nevertheless keeps his victory) and 15 penalty points for the team in the Owner classification. Jason Ratcliff, chief mechanic of the No. 20, received a $3 fine with this P25 grade penalty.
