Brad Keselowski (Team Penske – Ford) took his fourth pole position of the year in NASCAR Sprint Cup on the Richmond oval in Virginia. This is the first time that the 2012 champion will start in the lead on this circuit. He is ahead of Hendrick Motorsports drivers Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson and Kevin Harvick (Stewart-Haas Racing – Chevrolet). Joey Logano, teammate of the pole sitter completes the top 5.
