The Austrian Nicki Thiim and the Belgian Maxime Martin won the 4 Hours of the Nürburgring this Saturday with theAston Martin Official Vantage GT3, entered especially for this 8th round of the Nürburgring season Endurance Series.
Parti 9e, le tandem de la N°21 a fait preuve d’une grande régularité pour venir à bout des Porsche, Audi ou encore BMW au cours des 4 heures de course au programme du jour. Sur la ligne, Nicki Thiim et Maxime Martin ont devancé Vincent Kolb et Frank Stippler (Audi R8 LMS GT3 N°5 Phoenix Racing) et Daniel Harper, Max Hesse et Neil Verhagen (BMW M6 GT3 N°44 BMW Junior Team) de moins de 15 secondes seulement.
These 4 Hours of the Nürburgring were difficult for Porsche, which placed its best 911 GT3 R, the No. 25 of Huber Motorsport (Achim Thyssen and Nico Menzel) in only 8th place.
