The Ontario County (New York) grand jury decided not to prosecute Tony Stewart after interviewing several witnesses to the fatal crash of Kevin Ward Jr at Canadaigua Motorsports Park near from Watkins Glen (New York) on August 9. The autopsy revealed that the victim of this tragedy had consumed marijuana in quantities “sufficient to impair his judgment” and a second video demonstrated that the three-time Sprint Cup champion had no intention of intimidation.
