If Danica Patrick had indicated in announcing his retirement from the Nascar Cup Series that she would still do the Daytona 500 (February 18) and Indy 500 (May 27) this year, the former resident of the Stewart-Haas Racing admitted that it still did not have a signed contract with a team to contest these two events.
“It’s taking a little longer than expected. I thought it would be quicker, but you can’t rush things.”, recognized Danica Patrick on the SiriusXM show.
