PCCF – Le Castellet: Klein already ahead in FP1

In the fight for the title, Marvin Klein started the final of the Porsche Carrera Cup France very well. The CLRT driver set the best time in free practice 1 on the Paul Ricard circuit.

PCCF – Le Castellet: Klein already ahead in FP1

Le champion est déjà dans le rythme. Lors de la première séance d’essais libres de la Porsche Carrera Cup France, Marvin Klein a signé le chrono le plus rapide. Le pilote CLRT a bouclé les 5.861 km du circuit du Castellet en 2’06″336. Son dauphin au championnat, Dorian Boccolacci ne se classe que 5e. Le pilote Martinet by Alméras a vu son meilleur tour annuler et se retrouve à plus de sept dixièmes de son rival.

Behind the leader, Bastian Buus (Allied Racing) ranks 2nd at 0″531. Alessandro Ghiretti (Martinet by Alméras) completes the leading trio at 0″599 from Marvin Klein (CLRT). For his second appearance in PCCF, Benjamin Paque (CLRT) is fourth after a good session. The 2022 Porsche France Junior, Mathieu Martins (Pierre Martinet by Alméras), is twelfth, more than a second and a half behind. 

In the Pro-Am category, Sylvain Noël (Racing Technology) achieved the best time in 2’07”713. Championship leader Jérôme Boullery (Racing Technology) is second, less than two tenths behind. Frédéric Ancel (Porsche Lorient Racing) finished third. Among the Ams, Sébastien Dussolliet (ABM) is 14th overall and therefore logically leader in his category. Sébastien Poisson (ABM) and Karim Ajlani (ABM) are behind the championship leader. The second free practice session will take place at night from 20:30 p.m.
