Barely time to recover from the exceptional non-Championship gala round contested at the opening of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, que la compétition reprend ses droits pour les concurents du Porsche Sprint Challenge France
This weekend, the drivers of the Porsche Sprint Challenge France will meet on the Val de Vienne circuit which constitutes the third stage of the 2022 season, a stage at the end of which the mid-season milestone will be reached.
More than 40 cars will compete in the two 30-minute races on the program for each category, the Cup reserved for the Porsche GT3 Cup and GT3 R or the Sport Cup intended for the Cayman GT4 and the 996 GT3 Cup.
Tight rankings
In the Sport Cup, with 42 points Lucas Glinche (Glinche Racing) is in the lead with only 2 lengths ahead of Bertrand Dumarcet (CG Motorsport) and 3 points over Dimitri Verza (CG Motorsport).
In Cup, Jean-Philippe Lamic (Jaws Racing) has 51 points, but behind him, with 47 points, Benjamin Paque (CLRT) and Yves Godard (Team 52) are tied with 47 points.
Each victory earns 16 points and the best lap in the race adds one point to its author's score.
See you Saturday morning for the qualifying practices and Saturday afternoon for the two races which will be followed live on Porsche Sprint Challenge France – Val de Vienne
