StarCom Racing announced the signing of Quin Houff in Nascar Cup Series on the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 00LE for a period of two years. The 22-year-old driver has competed in 17 races at the highest level of the sport with Spire Motorsports and Premium Motorsports. The team will reveal its plans for Landon Cassill at a later date.
