Ricardo van der Ende takes the last of the TC France at Castellet

The title of French FFSA Tourism Champion having already been awarded yesterday to Steven Palette, victory was the only challenge in this Sunday race at Le Castellet.

This last race on the Circuit Paul Ricard will perhaps not make up for the disappointment of the first lap last night, in race 1, but Ricardo van der Ende nevertheless offers himself a fifth success in 12 races.

The driver of the #2 L'Espace Bienvenue BMW M16 CS Racing had to fight hard against Florian Briché (JSB Compétition), who once again was forced to retire. Following contact with van der Ende, the Peugeot 308 RC de Briché was damaged and was forced to retire in the last 10 minutes of the race.

The fight raged for second place, finally won by Viny Beltramelli (Peugeot/Ropars Racing). Taking advantage of the battle between Steven Palette (VSF Sport) and Benjamin Lessennes (BMW/L'Espace Bienvenue), Beltramelli killed two birds with one stone inside the Beausset double-right. Palette completes the podium in the general classification.
