Everything came together very quickly within the Hendrick clan in preparation for 2018 for the seat of the No. 5 Chevrolet SS. After announcing the end of his collaboration with Kasey Kahne, Rick Hendrick yesterday confirmed the arrival of young William Byron to replace the winner of the last Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis.
However, the head of the American structure indicated that he would help Kahne with a view to the next campaign. « I have an obligation to Kasey, so I will pay two drivers next year and I am also trying to help Kasey in another possibility where we could be involved in helping another team, comments Rick Hendrick.
