A new Balance of Performance (BoP) was decreed by the WSC Technical Group, the creator of the TCR regulations, this Friday July 12. The Audi RS 3 LMS, driven in particular by the Frenchman Jean-Karl Vernay and the Belgian Frédéric Vervisch, lost 20 kg, while the Cupras of Mikel Azcona or Aurélien Panis and the Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR of Sébastien Loeb Racing benefit from a reduction of 10 kg.

Thus, we can observe strong disparities. For example, the Cupras and Alfa Romeo Giulietta accusent un poids 110 kg plus léger que les Hyundai i30 N !

Weight of TCR cars in WTCR:

Hyundai i30 N: 1 kg

Honda Civic Type-R: 1 kg

Lynk & Co 03: 1 kg

Audi RS 3 LMS: 1 kg

Volkswagen Golf GTI: 1 kg

Cupra: 1 kg

Alfa Romeo Giulietta: 1 kg
