The Sebastian Loeb Racing has confirmed the identity of its fourth WTCR driver for 2019. The German Benjamin Leuchter, from TCR Germany, will face the best drivers in the Tourism category this year by joining the team of the nine-time world rally champion.
Leuchter, 31, will drive a Volkswagen Golf TCR alongside Mehdi Bennani, Rob Huff and double World RX world champion Johan Kristoffersson. Leuchter knows the Golf TCR well having participated in the development of the car with Volkswagen Motorsport, which will support the entry of the four cars in WTCR.
