Thed Björk and teammate Yann Ehrlacher were fastest in the second WTCR practice session at Zandvoort (Netherlands). The last WTCC champion completed a lap of the track in 1'45''161, 8 hundredths ahead of the Frenchman.
Norbert Michelisz (Hyundai) was the closest of the Cyan Racing drivers, placing more than a tenth behind. The Hungarian beat the Volkswagens of double World RX champion Johan Kristoffersson and Benjamin Leuchter. Aurélien Panis (Cupra) finished at the gates of the Top 5 while Jean-Karl Vernay (Audi) failed in 11th position. WTCR leader Nestor Girolami (Honda) placed 13th.
