Volkswagen took advantage of the last WTCR meeting in Zandvoort to present its new Golf GTI TCR Concept. Powered by a two-liter, four-cylinder turbo unit, this very energetic production version of the Golf develops 290 hp.
A seven-speed DSG gearbox transmits power to the front axle alone. The TCR Concept is still in the testing phase and is due to enter production at the end of 2018.
