Competing in the EMA Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R, the Frenchman made no mistake in his debut, securing pole position in his first qualifying session. Meanwhile, his teammate Shane Smollen finished 5th in Q2, giving him a great opportunity for Race 1.
