To one side, Mercedes-AMG could have perfectly celebrated the 15th anniversary of its customer racing department. But one will be missing for the perfect balance since a total of 14 drivers will be supported by the Star throughout this 2025 campaign, divided into three categories: Performance Driver, Expert Driver and Junior.

Of course we find some old faces like Jules Gounon, valiant representative of the Affalterbach firm in GT3 alongside his program in WEC with AlpineThe Tricolor is expected in DTM, GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup as well as on certain rounds of theIGTC and IMSA during the season.

As for the "new faces," three of them are joining the Mercedes-AMG squad as expected: Maxime Martin, Tom Kalender, and Jayden Owega. The latter two are part of the Juniors. Mercedes-AMG's sole Expert Driver is Adam Christodoulou, who will stand out in the NLS and the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.

Finally, Daniel Morad and Ralf Aron have been promoted to the rank of Performance Driver after having been Expert and Junior respectively in 2024. The former will drive in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge while the Estonian will compete in the GT World Challenge Asia, the GT Open, the NLS and also the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring.

The 14 Mercedes-AMG drivers: Ralf Aron, Lucas Auer, Adam Christodoulou, Philip Ellis, Maro Engel, Maximilian Götz, Jules Gounon, Mikaël Grenier, Tom Kalender, Maxime Martin, Daniel Morad, Jayden Ojeda, Fabian Schiller and Luca Stolz.

Thomas Jäger continues within the structure as a test and development driver while Mercedes-AMG prepares its new GT3 for 2027.
