Sunday morning's race won't even be contested, as the torrential rain that hit Albert Park forced race control to interrupt the final round of the weekend. Will Brown (Chevrolet Camaro-Triple Eight Engineering) is declared the winner of the weekend following the defending champion's excellent overall result. Brown has taken two podiums and one victory in the three races held in Melbourne. He takes the lead of the Australian championship ahead of Cam Waters (Ford Mustang-Tickford Racing), who has been somewhat slow this weekend (P6-P6 and P9). Both men are ahead of Broc Feeney, Brown's teammate at Triple Eight.

This infernal trio should resume their debates at the next Supercars meeting scheduled for April 12 and 13 at the Taupo circuit in New Zealand.
