Andrei Romanov will make his return to the World Touring Championship this season after competing in the ADAC Procar Series last year. As in 2008, the Russian will drive a BMW 320si entered by the Liqui Moly Team Engstler and will have as his teammate the boss Franz Engstler third in the independent trophy in 2009. The team will now try to field a third car for Henry Ho, driver from Macau.
