Augusto Farfus (BMW 320si, 1:38:070) will start from pole in the first race at Oschersleben, after being fastest in qualifying. The Brazilian took advantage of the arrival of the rain to set the best time before it became impossible to beat him. Rob Huff (Chevrolet, 1?38??176) placed second while Yvan Muller (Chevrolet Cruze, 1?38??869) only had the eighth time.
