The GT World Challenge Europe has set up its base camp near Zandvoort for the 3rd round of the Sprint Cup season. Imperial in qualifying since the start of the season, Raffaele Marciello confirmed this Sunday morning in the Netherlands to install the Mercedes-AMG No. 89 from AKKODIS ASP in pole position for race 2. Back in the Sprint Cup this weekend, until the end of the season, Vincent Abril ranked 2e with the McLaren 720S GT3 No. 112 from JP Motorsport. The Habs, however, could not claim pole position since they finished almost 6 tenths behind Raffaele Marciello. Dennis Marschall in the No. 8 Attempto Racing Audi R3 LMS GT66 EVO II completed the Top 3, 0 from the lead. The race can be followed live on video below via the GT World Challenge YouTube channel from 13:15 p.m.
