Aurelia Nobels, 15, is the big winner of the 3rd edition of FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars, the International Automobile Federation's program for detecting young female talents. After four days of on- and off-piste evaluation at Maranello, the Belgian was elected winner of the Senior category for girls born between January 1, 2006 and March 31, 2008. As a reward, Aurelia Nobels will join the Ferrari Driver Academy and will be able to compete in Formula 4 with the Iron team Ladies.

She becomes the third female member of the FDA after Maya Weug and Laura Camps Torras, winners of the first two editions of Rising Stars, which also saw Dorian Pin in 2020. “I have no words to describe how I feel right now, declared an emotional Aurelia Nobels. I am very grateful to the FIA, the Ferrari Driver Academy and the Iron Dames for this incredible opportunity. I definitely learned a lot and I can't wait to start the season. »

Aurelia Nobels had a busy season in 2022, with participation in the Danish, Brazilian and Spanish Formula 4 championships. Now a student of the Ferrari Driver Academy, next season she will tackle F4 Italy, renowned for its very high level. survey, which usually has up to 40 cars. 

In the Juniors, it was the Romanian Zoe Florescu Potoela who was crowned and who obtained her place in the OK Junior Championship Karting 2023 as a member of the Tony Kart team, supported by the Ferrari Driver Academy.
