Dennis Hauger at MP Motorsport

After a disappointing first year with Prema, Norwegian Dennis Hauger will spend his second year with MP Motorsport in Formula 2.

Dennis Hauger at MP Motorsport

He is the first driver on the 2023 grid of Formula 2 to be announced. Two years after his title of champion of Formula 3 obtained with Prema and as we announced exclusively in our F2 2023 grid, Dennis Hauger will leave the Italian team at the end of the year to join MP Motorsport in 2023.

The Norwegian, currently 11th in F2 with Prema, was disappointing when he was expected to be one of the potential outsiders for the title. Not retained by Prema, he found refuge with MP Motorsport, the Dutch team which has just been crowned Drivers' champion with Felipe Drugovich, and which is still in the running for the teams' title (tied on points with ART Grand Prix).
