Scott Dixon and James Hinchcliffe have joined the development program for the Dallara IL-15 which will be used in Indy Lights starting next year. The two pilots IndyCar will share the steering wheel of the car September 5-6 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Tristan Vautier is also taking part in testing the future Indy Lights car.
