The French are successful in Toronto. Before Sébastien Bourdais fails to win on the Canadian road circuit, his compatriot Alex Baron preceded him in Indy Lights where he started from pole. The rookie scored his first success ahead of Gabby Chaves who takes the lead in the Championship, while Jack Harvey completes the podium ahead of Matthew Brabham and Zach Veach.
