IndyCar-EL2: Will Power shows up

Will Power (Team Penske) set the best time in free practice by posting a lap of 40 at Pocono Raceway, beating the benchmark set by Tony Kanaan (Chip Ganassi Racing) in the first session by four tenths. The Brazilian finished in third place between Carlos Munoz (Andretti Autosport) and Graham Rahal (RLL Racing). Helio Castroneves (Team Penske) completes the top five ahead of Mikhail Aleshin (Schmidt Peterson Motorsports) who is two tenths behind the new reference time. simon pagenaud (Schmidt Peterson Motorsports) is further behind since the last winner finished in 15th place ahead of his compatriot Sébastien Bourdais (KVSH Racing). The French are six tenths from the top of the ranking. The session was marked by the crash of Jack Hawksworth (BHA). the Briton was taken to the medical center for examinations.
