Mikhail Aleshin is on his way to compete in the raceIndyCar this weekend at Road America (Wisconsin).
The Schmidt Peterson Motorsport driver indicated on Twitter that he intended to take part in the meeting this weekend even if he will miss Friday practice by being replaced by Robert Wickens. The Russian who competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with SMP Racing occupies 15th place in the Championship still aiming for its first victory this year.
