Sébastien Bourdais released a video in which he stands and proves that he is already able to walk.
“It's been a little over 6 weeks since my accident, but I'm getting back into shape. I can now stand and walk again. I can’t wait to see you all on the track”, comments Sébastien Bourdais in his video.

Sébastien Bourdais was injured on May 20 during qualifying for the 101st edition of the Indy 500 and suffered several fractures to his pelvis and hip (video). The Dale Coyne Racing driver, currently replaced by Esteban Gutiérrez, hopes to return to competition before the end of the season.
