Robert Doornbos, former pilot of Formula 1 and engaged in Indycar with Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing, will change teams. The Dutchman was recruited by HVM Racing and will finish the 2009 season with this team, before continuing for a full season in 2010. HVM Racing will therefore have two cars at the start for the last five races of the season, with EJ Viso and Robert Doornbos.
