Canadians James Hinchcliffe and Robert Wickens will exchange mounts during several testing sessions. The pilot Mercedes en DTM will test for the first time theIndyCar #5 Schmidt Peterson Motorsports during a test on Tuesday February 28 in Sebring (Florida). The resident of the American team will take the wheel of the C63 AMG on Friday March 17 in Vallelunga (Italy).
“Robbie and I joked about it for a long time and we didn’t think it would happen. We like to share what we experience in our disciplines. We tried to put this in place and it worked”, explained James Hinchcliffe.
