Indy 500 – Andretti still fastest in FP6

After taking pole position earlier in the day, Marco Andretti (Andretti Autosport – Honda) was once again the fastest during free practice which rounded off the first week's program at the Indianapolis super speedway.

The driver of the No. 98 was ahead Helio Castroneves (Team Penske), three-time winner of the event, and Scott Dixon (Chip Ganassi Racing – Honda), who had spun earlier in the session and hit the wall, but escaped unscathed .
