LIVE VIDEO – Follow the first day of testing for the Indy 500 live

As for several years, theIndyCar organizes two official test days in April, ahead of the Indianapolis 500. This is an opportunity to see the cars on track at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the first time this year! These tests are exceptionally broadcast on YouTube directly by IndyCar, with several sessions during the day:

From 16 p.m. to 18 p.m., all drivers, except those listed below, will take to the track.

From 18 p.m. to 20 p.m., Marco Andretti, Kyle Larson, Jacob Abel, Robert Shwartzman, Callum Ilott, Devlin DeFrancesco, Louis Foster and Takuma Sato will complete their mandatory Rookie Orientation Program or Refresher Program, which is then followed by standard Indy 500 practice.

From 20 p.m. to midnight, the 34 drivers entered for the 2025 Indianapolis 500 will have the track at their disposal.
