If in 2023 the chosen liveries highlighted the Triple Crown won by McLaren (with a similar livery used at the Monaco Grand Prix of F1), those of 2025 have white in common. So, for one race, the iconic papaya color of McLaren since 2018 is gone, each car here has the same livery, white from the cockpit to the rear. The nose is painted in the color of the sponsor of each car for the rest of the year, Pato O'Ward will therefore have a black and white livery on his Dallara-Chevrolet. Nolan Siegel will be in blue and white, while Christian Lundgaard will be the only member of the trio to display a majority of papaya on his carThe three liveries join Kyle Larson's, which was unveiled earlier this month.

McLaren launched a "Never Stop Racing" campaign at the same time as the unveiling of its 2025 Formula 1 livery. This campaign aims to highlight the fact that motor racing is not just a sport but a way of life. The various Indy 500 liveries feature a camouflage-like pattern. This could be used on the McLaren MCL39 at the Monaco Grand Prix. The Woking team likes to standardize changes between its two flagship programs on the most important day of the year.

For the liveries IndyCarThis Wednesday will be the first opportunity to see them on track, during the first practice sessions for the Indianapolis 500. The first session will begin at 16 p.m. French time.
